At Coburg Aquarium, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in original condition.

Return Process

  Ensure your item is unworn, unwashed, and still has all original tags attached before initiating a return.

  Request a Return

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team to receive your unique Return Authorization Number and shipping label.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and drop off the parcel at any authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
